Left something behind?
We'll go get it.

JapanFetch runs the errand you can't — picking up something you left behind at a hotel or train station, sorting out a small crisis, or handling the thing that's stuck because of the language barrier. We confirm everything with the property or station ourselves, in Japanese, before we ever show up.

How it works

Three steps, and it's handled.

No apps to figure out, no language barrier to fight through on your end. You tell us the problem — we do the rest.

01

Tell us what's wrong

Message us the details — what you left behind, where, and where you need it. Takes two minutes.

02

We confirm it, in Japanese

We contact the hotel, station, or property ourselves, in Japanese, and sort out exactly what it takes to release it to us. No relying on a front desk or counter that only speaks Japanese, and no dispatch until this is locked in.

03

We fetch it and deliver

Once confirmed, you pay securely online and we're on the road. Same-day hand delivery within Tokyo, Saitama or Kanagawa if picked up by 3pm — shipped by courier that same day otherwise.

Coverage

Where we operate

  • Tokyo (23 wards + wider)
  • Saitama
  • Kanagawa

We're a small, one-vehicle operation by design — it keeps us fast and personally accountable for every job, instead of routing you through a call center.

Pick-up by 3pm,
delivered the same day.

Inside Tokyo, Saitama or Kanagawa, that's our standard: collect your item by 3pm, and it's delivered to you the same day.

Outside our 3 areas, we ship it by courier the same day instead — exact arrival depends on the destination. Either way, nothing's charged until the pickup is confirmed.

We're not a 24-hour emergency line. For real emergencies (medical, police, lost passport), please contact the appropriate service directly — we're here for the everyday things that fall through the cracks.

Pricing

Simple, upfront pricing.

No hidden fees. You only pay once we've confirmed the job can actually be done.

Pickup zoneCoversPrice

MidWider Tokyo, southern Saitama, Yokohama / Kawasaki¥9,000approx. $57
FarNorthern Saitama, western & southern Kanagawa¥16,000approx. $102

Price is based on where we pick up, and includes same-day hand delivery within Tokyo, Saitama or Kanagawa. Shipping to an address outside our 3 areas is by courier — the fee depends on size and is confirmed with your quote, before you pay.

Each price covers one typical item. Multiple items, or anything unusually large, are quoted individually — just tell us when you message.

No distance too far

Stuck somewhere outside Tokyo, Saitama or Kanagawa? We'll still come hand-deliver it — priced individually to cover the distance, however far that is.

Why trust a one-person service

We know that's a fair question.

Licensed to operate

Registered commercial cargo carrier in Japan (貨物軽自動車運送事業), with real delivery experience for both businesses and individuals.

We verify before we act

Every job is confirmed directly with the property, in Japanese, before we're dispatched — so there's no risk of showing up to nothing.

You don't pay for a failed job

Charges are only collected once your request is confirmed as doable. If it can't be done, you're never billed.

One person, one standard

Every job is handled personally — not outsourced to a call center or a rotating pool of contractors.

Something's stuck. Let's fix it.

Tell us what happened — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help, before anything is charged.
